At CosmosBoo, we want you to feel joy and satisfaction with every order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it — with clarity and care.
 
1. Digital Products & Custom-Made Items
•Due to the nature of digital files (instant downloads) and custom-made items (made to order just for you), these products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
•All sales are final on these items. Please review descriptions carefully before purchasing.
•If you experience technical issues with your download or did not receive your file, please contact us — we’ll help you access your purchase smoothly.
 
2. Physical Kits & Shipped Items
•If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at hello@cosmosboo.com or cosmosboohelp@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $8 USD restocking fee. Items discounted 25% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
•If there’s an issue — missing pieces, damaged items, or something doesn’t feel right — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, photos (if applicable)and a short note describing the issue. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
 
We’re happy to offer the following resolutions:
A free replacement shipped to your address, or
A store credit you can use anytime in the future. Whatever works best for you.
 
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a physical product order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may begin preparing your item for shipping and can no longer cancel.
