1. Digital Products & Custom-Made Items
•Due to the nature of digital files (instant downloads) and custom-made items (made to order just for you), these products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
•All sales are final on these items. Please review descriptions carefully before purchasing.
•If you experience technical issues with your download or did not receive your file, please contact us within 7 days — we’ll help you access your purchase smoothly.
2. Physical Craft Kits & Shipped Items
If something’s wrong — missing pieces, damaged goods, or anything that doesn’t meet expectations — we’ll make it right.
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short note describing the issue.
We’re happy to offer the following resolutions:
A free replacement kit shipped to your address, or
A store credit you can use anytime in the future. Whatever works best for you.
3. Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
If you wish to cancel a physical product order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may begin preparing your item for shipping and can no longer cancel.
