Our physical goods ship worldwide — including North America, Europe, Asia, and beyond. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We use eco-friendly packaging and handle every order with care. Sending it as a gift? Add a note at checkout and we’ll wrap it with extra love.

Refunds & Returns


If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at hello@cosmosboo.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $8 USD restocking fee. Items discounted 25% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue — missing pieces, damaged items, or something doesn’t feel right — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We’re happy to send a replacement or offer a store credit — whatever works best for you.
