I have a tiny toy poodle and the first collar ended up being a little too big. I reached out and they were Sooooo kind and actually made a smaller custom one just for her. It fits perfectly and looks absolutely beautiful, The customer service was honestly amazing. I love this shop, love their products, and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!!
